These terms apply when you use gradbird.com, join the GradBird waitlist or receive GradBird messages on WhatsApp. By using GradBird, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or the alerts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
About GradBird
GradBird helps students in Pakistan keep track of university admissions: deadlines, entry tests, fee challans and merit lists. GradBird is independent. We are not part of, or endorsed by, any university, board or the HEC. University names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Always check the official notice
We collect dates from official university notices and link to them. Universities can change dates, criteria and fees at any time, and mistakes can happen. Before you apply, pay a fee or make a decision, check the university’s official notice or portal. GradBird is not responsible for a missed deadline, a rejected application or a fee paid late.
Applications on autopilot
Today GradBird sends alerts, and you apply and pay on the university’s own portal. When autopilot applications open, GradBird will submit applications on your behalf only after you tap Apply, using the details you give us, stored encrypted. We’ll update these terms before it opens. GradBird will never ask for a portal password, a one-time code (OTP) or a fee payment in a WhatsApp chat. If someone claiming to be GradBird asks for these in a chat, don’t share them and let us know at [email protected].
WhatsApp alerts
- By joining, you agree to receive GradBird updates on WhatsApp at the number you give us.
- Only join with your own number, or a number you have permission to use (for example, a parent joining for their child).
- Reply STOP at any time to stop messages.
- Your mobile network’s normal data charges apply.
Free and paid features
The waitlist and admission alerts are free. We may offer optional paid features in future. If we do, we’ll show the price and terms before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement. Answering our pricing questions is not a purchase or a commitment.
Tools and answers
Our calculators, guides and tools (including Ask GradBird when it launches) are for guidance. They can be wrong or out of date. Use them to plan, then confirm with the official source.
Invite links and launch rewards
Launch rewards for inviting friends are planned, not guaranteed. We’ll confirm availability and delivery details before they open. Invites only count when a real person joins with their own number. We may remove invites that look fake or automated, and we may change or end the rewards program. Campus ambassador places will have a separate application.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- sign up other people without their permission,
- send automated or bulk signups, or try to break or overload the site,
- copy large parts of the site, or present our content as your own,
- use GradBird to mislead or harass anyone.
We may remove signups or block access that breaks these terms.
Our content
The GradBird name, logo, mascot, designs and written content belong to GradBird. You may share links to our pages and guides. Please ask us before reusing our content elsewhere.
Links to other sites
We link to official university and government websites. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
Liability
GradBird is provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, GradBird is not liable for any loss caused by relying on the site, the alerts or the tools.
Changes
We may update these terms as GradBird grows. We’ll change the date at the top of this page when we do. If a change matters to how you use GradBird, we’ll tell you on WhatsApp.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Lahore.
